Area 51 is a military facility located in Lincoln County, Nevada. Many people are curious about the facility maybe because there is not a lot information on it. The government said that the base is a testing ground of experimental aircraft and weapon systems. However, many people who do not believe what the government declared about the base.

The attempt of the government to cover-up the existence of the place and various reports on UFO or alien related phenomena cause it to become the major subject of conspiracy theories and UFO stories.

There are reports that the facility is an alien spacecraft storage where crashed UFOs are experimented to have reverse engineering of the alien technology that can be used in developing new war aircraft. Moreover, development of deadly weapons based on alien technology, said to be more powerful than today’s weapon, is also suspected.
Conspiracy theorists further believe that the government captured living aliens and authorities try to investigate them while dead aliens are also examined. There are also reports that Area 51 was the shooting place of the entire moon landing in 1969. Many people also think the most secret activities in Area 51 were transferred to another place, and Area 51 is just a misdirection attempt.

Among the major people who surfaced to reveal the secret activities of Area 51 is Bob Lazar. He claimed that he had worked at the military base known as S-4. He said that S-4 is the specific area of Area 51 where reverse engineering on spaceships is done. There were many other self-proclaimed former worker in Area 51 had surfaced after Bob Lazar including Dan Crain, who claimed to have worked on cloning alien viruses and a man named Victor, who showed a video tape of alien interrogation at Area 51.

Everyone must have heard about Area 51 and all the mysteries behind it. All there rumors are to be shouldered by the U.S. Government because they did nothing but to disperse rests for the past decades. The fact is that the Pentagon was suitable for gossips to continue spread. The U.S. government maintained the airspace over the residence as a limited area. People couldn’t travel on highways directing to Area 51 and every stated information in authorized papers are automatically branded as secret. These became the roots of the Holy Grail of intrigue philosophies, letting the roughest rumors to upsurge.

One myth heard was all about Area 51 being related to underground tunnels through trains that can travel to different places of the country. The core thought for all these stories being heard is the absence of official proofs to clearly clarify what happens truly there. Nonetheless, five men who are very acquainted with Area 51 decided to come out of their shell and share what they know. They were Col. Hugh “Slip” Slater, Edward Lovick, Ken Collins, Thornton “T.D.” Barnes and Harry Martin. All of them are part of the Area 51 team.

Collins flew out the constrained airspace in the Area 51 secret spy plane with the code name OXCART on May 24, 1963. Utah was on when the plane crashed on a meadow of weeds. Conspiracy is never new to people. From the assassinations of former American President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, conspiracy is known less good for any country. Conspiracy means a secret agreement in which two or more are involved in an objective that benefits all involved parties.

This agreement is often depicted in political situations wherein politicians are killing each other in order to take the place or seat in force. However, what if this secret agreement is intended for things that are very unusual?

Here is the issue.

A place in Nevada that is called Area 51 has been attracting so much attention. This area was used during the historic wars and in fact, it was built for the development and testing or new aircraft. The development site is very isolated and restricted to the point that unassociated individuals are likely to face death when entering without permission.

In a book, a journalist published a new conspiracy theory regarding the Roswell Alien Landing and Area 51. Journalists had a belief in the possibility that the Alien Landing was a hoax that the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency perpetrated to scare enemy Russia of a possible nuclear attack.

Things happening in Area 51 seem to have cheated the public as the site continues to be very exclusive. Many have wanted to uncover the facts behind this claimed conspiracy but are still forcibly prevented.

Area 51 has been one of the most controversial places for the last 25 years but in late ‘50s, this place was publicly unknown.

It was in 1987 that the rumors began to circulate regarding the secret military facility. It is said that the secret base has been experimenting recovered spacecraft of extraterrestrial origin.

Area 51 was mentioned briefly in 1988 during a special 2-hour television broadcast of FOX TV regarding UFO cover-up entitled “UFO COVER-UP Live.”

In 1989, Area 51 became famous of alien stories with the arrival of Bob Lazar.

A rumor was spread in 1997 that Area 51 transferred its operation to Utah and many believed on it. However, it has been confirmed that Area 51 had never moved elsewhere.

In fact, there are images today showing that the military facility is expanding. It seems that Area 51 go together with newly assigned Nevada National Security Site to develop comprehensive anti-terrorist weapons.

Recently, Area 51 looks like a small city with so many structures visible with the use of binoculars from atop Tikaboo Peak, 26 miles away.

It is estimated that there are 1800 to 2200 employees working at the growing military facility involving at least a dozen defense contractors as of 2012.

However, for some UFOs and aliens believers, Area 51 has been the place for experimenting UFOs and aliens.

The military facility has been part of the major topics related to aliens and UFOs to believers. They believe that more people working in the place will come and reveal the real happenings in Area 51.

Meanwhile to the mainstream, it is quite amazing that some people still believe that the base has been playing a big role in UFO and alien cover-ups and that experiments on these things have been done in Area 51.

Some also just wait for the concrete evidence to support the belief or to support that such things are not there.

Area 51 has been the place full of mysterious things about government secrets on extraterrestrials. The Smithsonian-affiliated National Atomic Testing Museum in Las Vegas will hold the very first Area 51 exhibit on March 26, 2012. It is expected that the exhibition will showcase UFO and extraterrestrial-related items.

The exhibit titled “Area 51: Myth or Reality” will try to explain the history of the place which has long been surrounded with controversial and interesting stories.
CEO and executive director of the museum Alan Palmer said that CIA has released records on Area 51 between late ‘60s and early ‘70s and the exhibition will present them to the public.

Now that they know more about the place, Palmer said that they feel it is their obligation to share the real stories happening beyond public’s knowledge.
UFO conspiracy theorists have claimed that there is a secret U.S. military facility in Nevada dessert examining recovered flying saucers. The issue is fueled by people who claimed to have witnessed UFO hovering above the mountain that surround an actual military base near Groom Lake, located about 80 miles north of Las Vegas.
It is now widely known that U-2 and other Cold War spy planes were developed and tested at the base. Reputable news journalist George Knapp of KLAS-TV revealed the alleged alien technology at Area 51 in 1989.

Bob Lazar, who claimed to work as a physicist at one of the areas of the base known as Sector Four or S-4, met Knapp in 1989. Lazar alleged that several studies of alien spacecraft took place in this military facility. He said that the main objective of the study is to do reverse-engineering of alien technology to understand how it worked.
Prior to the revelation made by Knapp through the statement of Lazar, the public did not hear the existence of S-4.

The National Atomic Testing Museum decided to present both stories of people who claimed to work in Area 51 and speculative reports regarding extraterrestrials.
Knapp is being asked to take part of the exhibition because of his key role in disclosing detailed information of what is known the secret military facility. Knapp will have a special room exclusively for his collections including several documents, artifacts, films, photos and videos to be presented during the opening of the exhibition.

Knapp said that he obtained some unusual materials from the UFO that crashed in Mount Izvestkovaya, also regarded as Height 611, in 1986. Some called the crash as Russian Roswell, relating to it to the famous alleged crash of alien spacecraft in Roswell, New Mexico in which many believe the cover-up was made.

Many other things related to extraterrestrial secrets will be presented on the exhibition and the public has a chance to see them and then decide for themselves.

GeoEye-1 satellite captured some new clips of Area 51 on August 23, 2011 at 11:23 in the morning (Pacific Daylight Time.) The resolution of the actual picture is 0.5 meter, making it the highest resolution image of Area 51 ever produced.

There is proof of 2 significant new construction projects clearly getting under way, 1 key construction project and a few of smaller ones being formed and major road developments. It really looks like Area 51 is more in use than ever before, and getting prepared for new black projects which, even though people are wondering, many agree should be kept secret to assure the safety of the nation.

There are a few quite important developments at the north end of the facility, just east of the North Ramp. It appears like the structure of yet another modern hangar in its very early phases. It is important to note that this latest hangar would be the first hangar east of the previous U-2 runway, which now functions as taxi way.

The size and unique form of the foundation of the new hangar appears quite comparable to 2 current hangars at Nellis AFB, close to the north end of the facility. The hangars at Nellis are utilized for the security helicopters. With the Groom helicopter ramp clearly just north-west of the recent construction (2 helicopters can be viewed in this frame) it is most likely that this hangar will even be utilized for the PaveHawk security helicopters.

The image also reveals 4 F-16 on the North Ramp of Area 51. Lastly, one of the properties belonging to the block of the previous U-2 hangars, the one in the north-west corner, has been somewhat expanded to the north. The U-2 hangars all feature light green colored roofing. The extension has white roofing.

The distant site just north of the road from Area 51 to Gate 700 to the NTS was widened around 2006. Not a lot is identified regarding the function of the site. It may be a customized RCS test site, or even put to use for radio tests. There was not much proof of activity for a while; however the new satellite image demonstrates a lot of new tracks at the eastern cell of this complex. There is also a recently made area north of the current site that seems to be a gravel pit. There are new tracks from the gravel pit to the cell in the eastern side, but no more tracks on the only access path. The gravel pit seems to be created to sustain a big construction venture, so it will be likely to see a structure of a great size in the near future around the existing facility.
A new extremely big building is under construction right on the east of Janet ramp of Area 51. It measures around 255×184′, and seems to be pretty tall. Surrounding buildings include, counter-clockwise from the Janet ramp, the Janet Terminal, the New Base Headquarters, the PMEL Lab and the Main Security building. The building is big enough to be a new hangar, however based on the area near the new Base Headquarters it is most likely a new Dining Hall and/or administrative office buildings. The latest Google Earth imagery dated 6/28/2010 displays the formerly empty area being graded in getting ready for the construction.

Another, smaller building was put in south of the dormitories, along the path directing to the security building and to the construction site. It appears fairly temporary and may be associated to the construction.

Another large hangar was added at the South Ramp between 11/05/09 and 05/24/10. The hangar is situated in the west of the old Hangar 20-23 storage building. It is linked to the ramp on the south part, opposite another hangar that was built in early 2005.

Building of the ramp all over this large new hangar built on the far south end of the base appears to be completed. The hangar seems to be functional, and there is no sign of any additional construction in the area in the near future.

Area 51 is a known military base in which aircrafts were built and tested. But many people were speculated about the paranormal mystery and secret of area 51 which stroked the curiosity of individuals about Extraterrestrial communications done by the site.

The government published a Law for restricting the area for secrecy purpose to avoid leakage on new aircrafts built. But some people had wondered if that is the only reason for restricting the area. According to some reports, there is a secret activity where reverse engineering of UFOs happened like testing UFO to go beyond our planet and designing craft based on captured crafts on the galaxy.

For many years, the US Government has been denying the said accusations even there were Soviet pictures confirmed. Employees who are part of Area 51’s secrecy are assigned to an unmarked base, Boeing 737. It was referred as the dream land for its advanced science that sooner or later it could go beyond our planet or even our solar system. They say that the base exists where designed U-2 spy planes and Stealth Technology were built and tested. USAF takes command of the site.

The area is highly off-limit and they observe restriction for unauthorized person in which people have been wondering of its tightly guarded facility. Most of them have been wondering why do they highly limiting the Area 51? There must be a secret manoeuvres inside. Many pictures about the amazing manoeuvre where refracted and the Government till now is denying about it. There were also articles showing dead aliens and modernized spacecraft shown but still the Government do not claim these paranormal evidences.

• June 20, 1958: 38,400 acres are withdrawn to create a security perimeter.
• November, 1958: A-12 was shipped to Area 51.
• January, 1962: Existing restricted airspace is expanded.
• 1965: The base population reaches over 1800.
• November, 1977: The F117 prototype is shipped to Area 51.
• May, 1981: The first production of the F117 is airlifted to Area 51.
• 1984: Nearly 89,000 acres of land is seized to push the border of restricted land far from the base.
• July 17, 1988: A soviet spy satellite takes a photo of Area 51 which is released “Popular Science,” and other publications.
• April 10, 1995: Freedom Ridge and Whiteside’s peak are taken from public access.

Area 51 workers were bared to Jet fuel toxins during 70’s and 80’s, old computer parts were burned in trenches. They were allowed to wear protection up to the waist while mixing the burned computer parts with other materials. In this activity, there was a report of death caused by a vapour from mixed materials. Robert Frost filed a lawsuit against the government after the death of his wife from inhaling the poisonous vapour in 1996 but the case was dismissed. The base was an exception from any environmental laws. Recently, President Bush resigned the Executive Order of exempting the Area 51 from any environmental violations or hazardous accusations.

The Nellis Range Complex near the Groom Dry Lake was acknowledged by the USAF from its existence for many years now. There are many activities inside the complex, and some are classified while others are still a mystery. The complex is used for testing technologies and system training for U.S. military forces for the advancement and effectives of United State’s security. From past to present, some activities and operation performed in the complex are still classified but cannot be discussed as it was ordered.

On September 18, 2002, Bush reissued the conservation of Nevada site remains secret.

On that day, lawyers, theorists and UFO enthusiast were trying to investigate the mystery of Groom Lake. They called it the “X-files”. But the government never allows anyone to review the X-files until the disclosure of any information about the site.

It was stated on a popular theory that Area 51 conducted studies about alien spaceships and preserve captured unidentified flying objects for autopsy purposes in Area 51 underground bases.

Every September 18, Bush signed the order for Area 51’s conservation against lawyers who tried to claim violations against environmental concerns.

Many workers claimed injuries due to hazardous practices performed in the site which was the beginning of knowing the existence of Area 51 on the mid 1990’s.

“Area 51 is for testing technologies and systems training for operations critical to the effectiveness of U.S. military forces and the security of the United States…specific activities and operations … both past and present, remain classified and cannot be discussed.” As clarified by Air Force since before until present.

Ever since, government lawyers have been denying the accusations. They have understood that the government protects the privacy of Area 51 ever since to avoid complains from concern citizens from its hazardous practices and may also lead for Are 51 to shut down.
